Our fun filled Gym Tuesday

Our fun filled Gym Tuesday began with some quiet play around the classroom. Some of us played with the LEGOs, others with the animal toys, and many of us were also cooking up some food with the food toys. Before heading off to the Minato Sports Center we first had our snacks and charged our energy for the day ahead.

After reaching the sports center, we first warmed up by running around the gym, making sure to follow the lines on the ground as we ran. We then played a game where a ball was kicked and thrown across the gym and everyone had to chase after it.

It was then time to practice our basketball shooting again. We all lined up in front of the hoops and took turns shooting the ball! We all did a great job trying to throw the basketball. Afterwards we then had a bit of free time in the gym. Some of us continued playing basketball, others were playing soccer, some were throwing the American football, and some of us were enjoying running around! It was a great time of exercise.

We then had our lunches and then continued playing in the gym once more. It was a really fun time at the gym. After coming back to Lighthouse we then had our quiet time. Some of us were also hard at work on our studies too. The day then wrapped up with some more studying and some playing as well. Looking forward to seeing everyone again tomorrow!
